活，而右脑则会继续激活更广泛的语义信
息，从而为更远程的语义联想提供可能。研
究支持Beeman等提出左右脑语义激活方式
不同的观点，即左脑的语义激活是快速但范
围较小，集中于当前任务，而右脑是粗糙加
工但激活更大范围[9]。
5.3.神经科学研究
有研究表明，压力环境对创造力有影
响，许多创造性测验已经证明压力确实减少
了独创性。测验环境，比如他人在场和强烈
的噪音会增加诱发皮质的激活，诱发皮质激
活的增加引起了创造性行为的减少[11]，甚至
奖励引起的激活都会降低创造性。创造性与
皮质基本激活水平有很大关系。高创造性的
受测者在RAT、创造性的纸笔测验、焦虑测
验中比低创造性的受测者得分高，
Wyspianski等人发现，高创造性受测者的脑
电图α波的振幅小于低创造性受测者，α波的
振幅是皮质激活的一种间接指标，这说明高
创造性的人皮质激活水平较低[12]。
用RAT进行脑电研究可以揭示顿悟的
脑机制。西北大学的Beeman和Bowden等科
学家用复合RAT（compound RAT）作为实验
材料，采用高空间分辨率的fMRI以及EEG
技术，研究受测者在创造性地解决问题时的
顿悟过程相应的脑变化。其结果发现aSTG
颞前叶上部只在受测者成功解决RAT问题
时激活，意味着aSTG是人解决顿悟性问题
时独有的脑结构，相应的EEG实验也证实了
这一结论。EEG研究结果显示在受测者想出
答案的前1.4到0.4秒时间段内突然增加，比
没有想出答案过程中的强度显著高，在随后
的回答前0.3秒时，γ波则显著增大。Beeman
等解释说α波的突然增强表明外界刺激的减
弱，相当于人们闭上眼睛聚精会神有利于思
考。而随之而来的γ波则意味着潜意识的答
案在瞬间跃入意识层面，就像大脑中灵光一
闪就看到答案了。这是值得注意的是，这两
种波出现变化的脑区都是右脑aSTG，与
fMRI的研究结果一致[13]。
6 总结
创造性研究对于科学地开展当前的素
质教育，开发学生的创造性潜力，选拔创造
性人才，创造能激发个人或团体创造性的环
境都有重大指导意义。但是关于创造性的科
学研究却一直没有深入系统地开展，已有的
