血流动力学概念
血流动力学是研究由心脏产生动力推动血液在血 管系统内流动以使组织得到灌注的科学。 血流灌注的好坏直接关系到生命重要脏器的功能。 重要脏器的功能紊乱都直接或间接与血流动力学 变化密切相关。 心脏的主要功能是泵血，以适应机体的代谢需要。 对心脏泵血功能进行评价，在医学实践中十分重 要。心脏在单位时间内的射血量是反映心泵功能 的基本指标，但必须结合其他一些指标如心脏作 功量和心脏泵功能的储备，才能对心脏泵血功能 作出正确的评价。
