选定了SAP的解决方案作为核心业务平台，爱森哲作为实施的合作伙伴
正在制定实施计划的细节
准备尽早开始第一阶段：差距分析
主要目标：
时间紧迫，目标系统需要在2006年1月之前完成初步实施
向公众和投资方证明，民生银行在技术基础设施升级和银行转型方面有所作为，富有成效
首次在国内顺利的利用核心业务系统实施实现银行的转型
